Clearing my head
I'm still a bit out of it,
still a bit loopy.
General Anesthesia will do that to you.

Apparently,
I choked and threw up while under
so they had to bring me out
and finish it under local.

Weird dreams and thoughts,
none of which I'm sure are real
and the world's still spinnin.

Last thing I remember
they had a teevee in the room
with no remote
and they had me watching "King of the Hill"

In this episode,
Bill got a dog from a soldier
that was serving overseas
to watch over
and he was uberdisciplined
so Hank got jealous

He applied for the same program
but he got a cat.

Since the cat wasn't acting normal,
he took him to the vet
but the contract required him
to take him to an ultra vet office
with all the newest gadgets and whistles
(and fees to match)

So they couldn't go on their vacation,
their money spent on the cat.

Finally,
Hank blackmails the vet into
signing a clearance form
after noticing he doesn't have the latest and greatest
machine
(which woudl bankrupt the vet should he buy it.)

After that,
I'm staring at the words in the dentist's office
trying to make them out
staring
I made out Dental Lamp
and Dextrose USP
but the world was still spinnning.

A hour procedure
stretched from 1:30 until 7 PM.
I get home about eight,
laid in bed
ate some putting
drank some water
took my vicodin, steriods, and antibiotic
and crashed.

I'll probably go back to bed in a few minutes,
but didn't want people to think I'd died or anything
(like anyone was really concerned about that.)

Sorry if it sounds incoherent,
My brain still isn't so clear
and meds aren't helping much.
