Talk about crazy computer problems
I've spent the past hour on online support with Dell. Apparently my touch pad (the small pad on the front that acts like a mouse on my laptop) doesn't work when the AC is plugged in. When it's unplugged, it works fine, and it works fine with a mouse. "Sonia" is currently rebooting my laptop for the sixth time, so I'm hoping this gets resolved sometime before midnight.
